Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and falls under our returns process below. Personalised and bespoke commission orders (monogramming, portraits, custom weaves) enter production shortly after confirmation and cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused, in its original condition and original packaging. To start a return, contact concierge@vanyraatelier.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process, including arranging collection where available. Personalised and bespoke pieces — anything monogrammed, portrait-woven or made to a custom specification — are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except where the piece arrives damaged or defective. Damaged or Incorrect Items If a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Refund Timeline Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Gift cards used toward a purchase are refunded as store credit. Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but never expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
