Processing Time In-stock orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Personalised and bespoke commissions are made to order — their estimated production and delivery time is confirmed individually once your commission begins. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping is calculated by destination at checkout. Current rates and estimated delivery windows for each region are listed below and kept up to date as our carriers change. International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or in shipping charges paid to VANYRA ATELIER. Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Your Order page, or from your account if you're signed in. Failed or Delayed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails or a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact concierge@vanyraatelier.com with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
